The Bourillon family have been making wine at Rochecorbon in the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley for generations, their immaculate vineyards sustainably managed and the Chenin Blanc fruit for their wines hand harvested and matured in the medieval caves alongside the winery. Headily aromatic, the honeyed palate weighty, with nuances of chalk and lime and a mouth-tingling texture, showing a flintiness and minerality unique to the Loire.
